How to find the right motivation!

If you are struggling for motivation, try and set yourself weekly goals.

For example, if you are looking to loose weight or gain fitness and are using a treadmill, then say to yourself: I want to run 1mile in 20minutes this week, and next week in 19 minutes etc.

This will hopefully help you want to come to the gym to try and beat your time, and also leave you in the knowledge that if you do not come then you will struggle to meet your goals and will have to work twice as hard next time.

This can help your progression as well, as every time you go faster or longer you are burning more calories than the last time you came to the gym!
